Science Backed Guidance You Can Trust

Science Backed Guidance You Can Trust

The Future Of Fertility

Fertility treatment is so much more than just a clinical procedure. While IVF and other assisted treatments are often essential, they’re only part of the equation. True fertility health begins with you – with your health, wellbeing and biochemistry. This is where nutrition comes in, and it’s often the gamechanger that makes all the difference.

Preparing Your Body For Pregnancy

Our hormones, as well as egg and sperm quality, are directly impacted by what we put into our bodies. Over the years, I’ve seen incredible transformations when individuals start focusing on what they eat and how they nourish their bodies. Time and again, it surprises me how even the smallest of tweaks can make a difference. By finetuning your nutrition, you can dramatically improve your reproductive health, giving your body the best chance to conceive.

Know that you have done
everything you can

A Food-First Approach

My approach focuses on nourishing the body to create the best possible environment for conception. Through targeted testing and holistic detective work, I’ll create a personalised plan that aligns with your unique body and goals. I believe in a food-first approach that considers everything from hormone balance to stress management. Whether you’ve experienced baby loss, are thinking about IVF or are facing an ‘unexplained infertility’ diagnosis, you deserve answers.

Supporting Your Body After Loss

If you’ve experienced the painful loss of miscarriage or recurrent pregnancy loss, I understand what you’re going through. Nutritional therapy tailored specifically for miscarriage recovery can be an essential step towards healing and preparing the body for future pregnancies. My miscarriage-focused approach promotes hormonal balance, restores nutrient depletion and gives you the strength and confidence to move forward.

Taking Control Of Your Fertility

Fertility nutrition isn’t just about waiting for the next doctor’s appointment or relying solely on medical interventions. Every day, you have the power to actively support your fertility through the choices you make:  we eat three times a day; let’s make those meals count. Let me guide you in creating a plan that aligns with your fertility goals, putting you back in control.

My 3 month package, with over 7 hours of online consultations, provides comprehensive support for individuals and couples on their fertility journey via natural conception or IVF.

We start with two in-depth, 90-minute consultations for you and your partner (if applicable), where we discuss your symptoms, health history and fertility journey to date. We’ll dig deep, chatting about your sleep and diet, as well as how you relax, work, move, socialise, cook, and more.

I’ll recommend testing where necessary to look at the most important markers that affect fertility, such as nutrient levels, thyroid health, reproductive microbiome support and male fertility testing.

Your personalised plan brings together nutritional guidance, a supplement programme and lifestyle advice to gently correct imbalances in your body with a focus on your reproductive health. During fortnightly consultations, we’ll review how your body is responding to the changes, discuss any test results and adjust as needed.

This consistent, one-on-one support keeps you on track and enhances your chances of conceiving.

“However you’re trying to conceive, you have an incredible opportunity to improve the odds.”

FAQ: All your questions answered

You may have questions – that’s only natural.

  • It takes three months to produce both a batch of sperm and to mature an egg, so this is the minimum amount of time we want to prep for conception. This window allows enough time for important changes to take effect, ensuring your body has the nutrients it needs for a healthy pregnancy. By focusing on a personalised fertility nutrition plan, we can optimise your chances of conceiving during this time.

  • Yes, absolutely. Experiencing repeated baby loss is incredibly difficult, and my heart goes out to you. I have helped many women who have experienced multiple miscarriages. Through tailored nutrition and lifestyle support, we’ll focus on nourishing your body and identifying any areas where extra support may be needed. While every situation is unique, many clients have found renewed hope and positive outcomes after working together. I’m here to support you through this journey with compassion and expertise.

  • Male infertility is a common issue, affecting up to 50% of couples facing fertility challenges. The good news is that nutrition and lifestyle changes can have a significant impact. We’ll focus on optimising your partner’s diet – incorporating key nutrients that support sperm quality and motility – and lifestyle, working on everything from stress management to environmental toxins.

  • Absolutely – this is my bread and butter. While IVF is a highly effective treatment for many couples, nutrition and lifestyle changes can improve your chances of success. Optimal health can improve egg and sperm quality, support hormone balance and enhance overall wellbeing during the treatment process. We’ll work together to create a bespoke plan, enabling you to approach IVF with confidence and a sense of empowerment. I’ll be with you every step of the way.

  • Going through endless medical tests without getting answers is exhausting. Instead, using my signature method, we will explore your health from a holistic perspective, addressing areas that may have been overlooked. I work with laboratories that offer tests which go far deeper than standard GP testing, often providing the missing piece of the puzzle. Functional testing is an incredible way to get answers as to why you might be struggling with your fertility. Tests I frequently use in clinic include bloodwork, vaginal and seminal microbiome testing, thyroid testing, gut microbiome testing, epigenetic testing, semen analysis and DNA fragmentation.

  • Of course. When you’re using an egg donor, fertility nutrition plays a vital role in supporting your body through the process and preparing for a healthy pregnancy. We’ll focus on nourishing your body with key nutrients to support your immune system, reduce inflammation, optimise the vaginal microbiome and improve overall wellbeing, ensuring your body is an optimal state to receive an embryo.

  • If your partner is contributing a fresh sperm sample this is important. Fertility is a shared journey and optimising your partner’s nutrition and lifestyle plays a key role in supporting reproductive health.  Even if fertility challenges seem to be on one side, both partners can benefit from making positive changes to optimise reproductive health.

  • I’m all about balance. My goal isn’t to completely overhaul your eating habits but to work with you to make realistic, sustainable changes that fit into your lifestyle. Fertility nutrition is about nourishing your body, not depriving it. I’ll help you find healthier alternatives to your favourite foods and teach you smart ways to balance your meals, transforming your diet into a fertility-supporting powerhouse.
